Cathe IS the definition of EXCELLENCE !

I would just like to compliment Cathe on all her hard work in making an Excellent product, for caring about all of the details that go into making that product, for soliciting feedback from all her faithful following so she makes the Best product possible, in always wanting to be innovative and not afraid to try new ideas to make her workouts one notch higher than the previous releases, for the Excellent customer service that we enjoy, and for not making unrealistic promises about any timelines when product will be released so we can remain realistic and not be disappointed with broken promises. I have spent years doing another well known workout series but they have let all of their faithful followers down time and time again. If you had been through these experiences, you would really realize the level of Excellence that Cathe holds herself to. The bad experience is right from the making of the workouts, to promised delivery only to be told time and time again that it has been delayed another few months....then to get a box which you are afraid to step on because it has broken down and hurt people during their workouts..also SEVERE humming problems with many of their dvds..then the company finally admits to design inadequacies in the box and they 'promise' to make a 'better' box to be delivered by end of June. The last day of June comes and there is an announcement that the box will be delayed another 2 months...meanwhile there are people waiting since January who have received nothing at all! Everything I ordered from Cathe has come within a few days. After coming off the 'other' experience I can tell you all that Cathe's company could do circles around this 'other' company and we should all appreciate the level of excellence Cathe holds herself to and how wonderful her customer service truly is!

Rosheen, I agree totally. With all you mentioned about Cathe and all you mentioned about That Other Company. I'm having issues with them as well.

I think my favorite thing about Cathe is that her form is always perfect. At any time, I can look at her and know exactly what to do! This website is excellent, shipping costs are unbeatable, and delivery time is prompt. And then the workouts!! Whoo!! And you said it, Cathe's the one who gives us the best of everything.

I gave the 'other' company every last chance I had! I kept believing in them and making excuses for them, but I give up! They let me down so many times and with so many excuses! Every week it's something else!

Tammy you're so right... Cathe is just Excellent. I wish I had found her a long time ago...not that I have anything against my 'other' dvds... I think the workouts are wonderful, I just have a lot against the company controlling them... but with Cathe, she brings you to a whole new level, and you do find yourself pushed to a level you never thought you'd ever go to.... I just Love my Cathe workouts and I'm So Thankful for them. I personally don't feel the 'other' company will be in business much longer. It's a pity, but you can't run a business for very long with the antics they have pulled on people. I've seen the signs for some time now and that was what got me searching for other options... Cathe's form is impeccable. There's one thing for sure, if you give Cathe your honest best, you will be your personal best...

I totally agree with everything you said! I am shaeleigh over at the Firm Believers and I am getting discouraged with the way that other company operates. They are just alienating their loyal customers. My box has a crack in the center circle and I am waiting for a replacement. Do I think it will actually ship in August? No, I don't. The best thing for me is to forget about the box totally and whenever it does come, it will just be a surprise. I don't think I will be any new workouts unless they are advanced. What a pleasant surprise to order a DVD from Cathe and have it within the week. I guess when you are used to bad customer service, you are really appreciative of good customer service. This site is really great too! One thing that bothers me about the other site. Why do they have to charge 9.95 a month? Because it's a money maker for the other company? It's good to see you and Tammy over here! I also felt it was time for me to try something different and I am very glad that I have.

I've told Tammy that I don't think gooftimes will be in business much longer. They OBVIOUSLY don't care about their customers...all they truly care about is making money. We have all heard about the type that are penny-wise and pound foolish though. It's only a matter of time before even the most loyal of customers leaves. The problems with the box isn't even half of it over there. Now they won't release the other dvds/tapes until the 'improved' box is out. We all know they won't release the dvds because they are afraid people will find an alternate box and won't want their box. All they are really doing is alienating people because people KNOW better and see what their motives are. It's such a pity too because the instructors are wonderful and I started out with the Firm back in the '80's when it was very well run. I still have the old Firm box and it's as good today as it was back then. Another thing is this $9.95/month service charge for their site too...then you compare it to this site which is completely free of charge. Like you said, you ordered something from Cathe and got it within a week. Isn't that the way it should be? There's such a difference in how Cathe and her company treats her customers compared to this other company. I have ordered all of Cathe's dvds and am breaking them in little by little. I got all the dvds within a week myself...no waiting around for 6 months for them to arrive. Also, Cathe's dvds are chaptered and it's OBVIOUS she has taken much time and thought into preparing the dvds with all the extras she's been giving too.... It's SO refreshing to be here because Cathe really does care about her customers and their needs. Gooftimes could stand to take a few lessons... Like I said, it's such a shame too because I truly loved the Firm workouts.... it is so sad that that company has to ruin their good reputation....
