...In my humble opinion. I have my favorites like Gin Miller, Susan Harris, Tracie Long, etc., but Cathe and Victoria Johnson are # 1 on my list. Why? Because you always know what's coming next, they break down moves, etc. You really need excellent instructions and form pointers, especially with advanced tapes like Cathe's.
I'm going to break down and get Cross Train Xpress. I spend that much money on cable and other !@#$% that won't make me healthier, happier or extend my life!
And HOW does this little woman kick your ass with #5 and #8 pound weights on the "Wedding" tape and Circuit Max? I don't even use weights for the inner and outer thigh work on the "wedding" tape. I'd pass out if I tried!
