Cathe, Is It Safe To Do Metabolic or Hiit/Tabata type training every day?

I did Athletic Training this morning and that was another intense one. I need to work on cardio endurance for sure! I've done Intensity once a few months ago and it's on my list to do again. Maybe I'll do that Friday! I think I'll do LI Barre tomorrow.

Any hints for cardio endurance? I guess I just need to keep doing it to build that endurance... At least its better than it was a few months ago.

Well done Susan, Athletic training is fun and intense. It's a great metabolic training/Hiit. Depending on what you input into the workout, you can aim to train at anaerobic level meaning over 80-90% HR on interval basis. This enable to gain endurance quicker improving the VO2 max. In other words, :D you get fitter quickly.

Intensity is also a Hiit.
 
Thanks Nathalie! I had planned to do Kick Max this morning but work got in the way. So, tomorrow Kick Max low impact premix, Monday Supercuts, Wednesday Athletic Training. Sunday and Tuesday will be lighter days, maybe a little step. You guys were right about the circuit and weight training. I'm getting enough weights with the circuit! I want to keep doing some of the same for a month or 6 weeks to get that endurance up to the point I can reduce some of the pauses I take. I want to be able to get all the way through them without stopping for extra breaks.

Just this week I've lost half an inch on the waist and hips so it's working! :D
