"Cathe is HARD"

Back in November one of my friends called me & asked which Cathe dvd she should start with. She does wo regularly but not to Cathe. I suggested BM2 - I felt an all around good wo. A little bit of everything! She has done it a few times but I don't believe much. She calls me this morning whining "Cathe is HARD!!!" She couldn't believe I wo with her every day!!
Made me feel ....WOW!!! I'm tough! GGGRRRRR
We're a special bunch! Thanks Cathe for making us so tough!
