Hi, Cathe,
I saw your post where you mentioned training differently for a defined six pack abs vs. a flat stomach. Do you think the Coremax workouts are better for endurance training (for a firm flat stomach) or resistance? Does the med ball count as the resistance or should a person doing ab resistance training be using heavier weighted exercises?
