Hi Cathe,
I just read a recent post about how you got so lean for the hardcore series. You mentioned that is was a combo of hight protein diet. What does this mean for carbs? Can you be more specific on the # of svgs. of starches YOU had? (I know everyone has different intakes). And this is what's also confusing me is the cardio thing. Other recent posts suggest that cutting back on cardio actually helped people see results, so how do you know how many times per week or the intensity of cardio one should do per week? I want my veins to "pop" a little more, so should I be doing more than 5 days week of intense cardio? Just more specifics on this subject would be appreciated.
