Cathe:
Teams were chosen for our Biggest Loser challenge at church last night, and I met my personal trainer. I could not be more delighted. She has a sweet spirit but can kick my butt. You are not going to believe what her game plan is for our team! She wants us to do your weight workouts for this 18-week challenge! She thinks you are awesome and watches you every morning on Fit TV to steal stuff for her classes. LOL! She is not making us do gym workouts! Yippee! She thinks we will see awesome results with your amazing workouts. The only commitment my trainer is asking me to make is consistent weight training with you for 18 weeks. Glory! :7 Does it get any better than this? I would love to live close enough to do your classes every week. If I can’t have you personally for my trainer, what more could I want than a trainer who loves Cathe and is available to help me plan rotations with your fun and fantastic workouts?! What a blessing to be chosen for her team!
Laurie recommended Gilad for cardio. She thinks Cathe cardio might be too much for the members of our team who are new to exercise. LOL! Of course, I will be enjoying Cathe cardio! ;-) I wore my Road Trip tee shirt again last night, and I could not contain my joy when Laurie shared the game plan for our team! My trainer is not as sanguine as I am, and she just might be wondering if she will need to sedate me before this challenge is over because I am bouncing off the walls already! ;-) I do not think she was expecting any of us to know you, so she was surprised by my excitement.
Laurie is going to teach a class for us once a week, and I am expecting to see some familiar moves. What a blessing to have an outstanding personal trainer provided by my church for 18 weeks and one who has great taste in workouts and instructors! With your workouts, her coaching, the support of my team, the grace of God, faith, good nutrition, perseverance, consistency, and a determined focus on my part, I am destined for success this year! Glory! :7
Blessings,
Heather B.
