Cathe - ideas for out Daily Challenges ??

On the Open Discussion board we have been doing daily challenges that seems to be going well. I wanted to check in to see if you could provide us any ideas for a good daily challenges. So far we have:

- exercise challenge
- no junk food challenge
- eat your fruits and veggies challenge
- drink your water/log your food challenge


Thanks in advance for any ideas !!
 
Hi not Cathe but my suggestion is to eat low sodium foods. A lot of microwavable lunches are high in sodium.
