I began Firming in 2002, lost a lot of weight and have been working out with you for about 3 years now. I have been a non smoker for about 7 months. When I quit smoking I added Yoga to my regime fill the void and work on my breathing. After quitting, my cardio capacity greatly increased. Anyway, I am 48 years old and I just got my VO2Max and it is 42 which the doc says is extremely good for my age and by a table he uses it puts me in the "elite" category.... - he says that is the average for about a 30 year old woman. I just am THANKFUL that you continue to put out workouts that challenge me, that I can grow with, make me feel accomplished, and bring improvements to my body and fitness level.
