Hi Cathe! I received the new Advanced DVD on Friday & completed the workout as you produced it on Saturday. Well it really knocked my SOCKS off!!! I found it to be quite a challenge. Those fancy footworks really take your breath away not to mention all of the weight training we do. Loved the music as usual it was FANTASTIC!! Music is one of the most important things to me simply because it gives me the motivation & drive to keep pushing on! The colors & the entire set is awesome. The new moves that we do are challenging especially for triceps. I have big triceps & when you & the crew were doing 16 reps I gotta tell ya I collapsed onto the floor after the 8th one!! You and the ladies make this workout look soooo easy but to my surprise it was incredibly HARD!! Thanks so very much for yet another workout that I'll have to work myself up to. Great job!!!! BTW: On Monday, I did a Mix & Match using all 5 leg exercises 3 sets each. I had some serious DOMS going on after I completed this!! Thought I was going to die doing all those hover squats with a 20# db. Thought you'd get a chuckle out of this one!

Wow, I can't believe YOU couldn't finish the triceps reps ! ! ! This must be one tough workout. I previewed it and did the cardio only premix as an add on after doing Pyramid Upper Body. It totally winded me, and you're right it was those fast footwork thingys that had me gasping for air :D .

Wanted to ask you . . . Do you have the bands or did you just use dumbells? If you have the bands what brand and resistance did you use? I'm really interested in getting the bands as a way to "shake" up my muscle memory. Do they feel really different?

Hey Susan!! I used dumbells but I do have a Spri advanced band w/handles. The bands are very effective; its a nice change from using dumbells but I very rarely use it. The barbell was loaded at 55#s so you can imagine when Cathe got to biceps what my face looked like!! This DVD blew me away!! At one point I had to actually press STOP & collapse onto my couch I was so winded!! I'm not used to all that fancy footwork; can't wait to do it again! Now get busy & do this entire workout; that's a COMMAND!!:7 See you soon, Kathy:D
 
Thanks Kathy! Wow, you were really pushing yourself already experimenting with the mix n match. Go for it. 20 pounds with the hover squats???? Wow, I know you felt that:eek:
