Hi Cathe! I received the new Advanced DVD on Friday & completed the workout as you produced it on Saturday. Well it really knocked my SOCKS off!!! I found it to be quite a challenge. Those fancy footworks really take your breath away not to mention all of the weight training we do. Loved the music as usual it was FANTASTIC!! Music is one of the most important things to me simply because it gives me the motivation & drive to keep pushing on! The colors & the entire set is awesome. The new moves that we do are challenging especially for triceps. I have big triceps & when you & the crew were doing 16 reps I gotta tell ya I collapsed onto the floor after the 8th one!! You and the ladies make this workout look soooo easy but to my surprise it was incredibly HARD!! Thanks so very much for yet another workout that I'll have to work myself up to. Great job!!!! BTW: On Monday, I did a Mix & Match using all 5 leg exercises 3 sets each. I had some serious DOMS going on after I completed this!! Thought I was going to die doing all those hover squats with a 20# db. Thought you'd get a chuckle out of this one!
