Cathe - I owe you a big THANKS!

I just wanted to say thank you! I have been a cyclist for about 5 years now (formerly a runner - too many injuries from 20 years of that to continue!) and for the first time in my cycling "career" I feel STRONG on hills. I actually was able to drop another gal on every hill on our Saturday ride and she's pretty strong. She lifts a lot, runs a lot and rides. Although I don't like the feeling for the other person of dropping them, I can't tell you how awesome I felt about my own fitness level. The only thing I've done differently are your workouts (since November). I can lift heavier than ever before (and I've lifted for years) and I owe it all to you - and I tell that to everyone who asks. You push me more than I push myself - past the point of "I can't do another rep!" Who needs a personal trainer when I have you?

Hi Susan! You are so sweet. Thank you for including me in your credits ;-) . You are amazingly strong and focused. I peeked at your picture trail too. Look how fit you are. Keep up the great work. You and Mitch look so happy together too and how about your precious pets....what cuties!
