I was a dedicated Exerciser for at least 3 years.
Since May of this year I have slowed down to no
exercise.
The nutshell explaination.
I have two herniated discs, one of which is causing severe sciatic pain.
I have been going for physical therapy for almost
6 weeks now and I would like to start some kind of
exercise program since I am gaining weight and also feel quite uncomfortable.
I am losing the definition I had worked so hard to obtain.
At this time I am still not allowed to do any type of foward flextion, which means Abs are out.
Which I really need desperately.
I just started using my little at home stepper,
and some seated arm work with light weights.
I need more !!!!!
