I am so glad I found your workouts! You are a true insperation to me! I am 26 years old in the best shape I've EVER been! I hope your feeling better My problem is when i first started working out with you almost a year ago, I couldn't go down a full 90 degrees when doing squats and plyo jumps,it was painful. So I went to the doctor. He took xrays and found that my knee caps were tilted with the bottom parts facing each other. He asked me when i was little if I sat with my feet back by my butt sort of like a W. And i did, so that may be one of the reasons, but everything else was fine. I think thats strange, have you ever heard of this?
Hi Randidiane! So glad you are enjoying the workouts
While I have never heard of a knee cap tilting inwards at the bottom I'm sure it is very possible. Actually I have the opposite situation. I am slightly bow legged and due to this my knee caps tilt slightly outward.
Has your doctor given you any exercise limitations to accomodate your situation? If not, then just listen to your body and make adjustments along the way if at all needed.
