I can finally work out with you! I just had a baby 3 weeks ago and was unable to exercise during my high-risk pregnancy. I have not worked out with you since October. I would watch you frequently on fit tv and longed to workout. I just got my high step and I did the first 3 circuits of high step circuit. I can't wait until my 6 weeks post-partum are up so that I can do more intense workouts again. Thank you in advance for getting me back into shape. You are an inspiration.
