Cathe, I have a question for you about an early tape .....

I noticed in Body Max that you have a scar on your knee, did you have knee surgery at some point in your life? And if you did then you made an incredible recovery to come back and be able to do all the leg work and stepping that you do with having had surgery and all. How's that for a run on sentence.LOL!! Anyway just curious since I am relatively new to you and still buying tapes and all, and noticing things.

Hi Annette - I'm certainly not Cathe, but since she's a busy bee these days I hope you don't mind if I step in and answer. I recall her saying that she has had an ACL reconstruction on that knee due to a skiing injury.

Yeppers, exactly right, she had ACL repair done and if I recall right was off teaching step for around 6-9 months. It was from a skiing accient.
