Cathe- I have a question about strong legs & abs

Cathe,
Im new to your videos but not new to excerise. I love your videos. I was doing strong legs & abs this evening and I find using anke weights while doing the innner & outter thigh work is much better for me. I know in the video you state that ankle weights can be used but I was wondering about the poundage. Should I be using 5 or 10 pound ankle weights? or even more for that matter.

Hi Ange!

Start with 5 pounds and if that did not challenge you enough then increase on your next workout. You are striving to really be challenged(yet still be able to use good form)while doing the exercise. Happy lifting!
