Hi Cathe,
I have completed 2 rounds of P90X. I am currently in the 3rd round of P90X, and have around 5 weeks of training left.
Truth be told, I was getting kinda bored and ready for new challenges. Then I found out your STS Strength series. OMG, I was totally sold on that! I really appreciate your dedication and efforts in designing the whole STS program. I believe that STS Strength is the MOST complete weight-training program on the market.
After completing my current round of P90X, I plan to take perhaps a couple of weeks off prior to starting STS Strength. Will two weeks of recovery with no weights but light cardio and core workouts be sufficient prior to starting the rigorous STS Strength program?
Unfortunately, I am not keen on step cardio exercises. I have some of your kickboxing type of cardio workouts. Could you suggest some other type of cardio that will complement the STS Strength series? I love the idea of having one weekly HIIT session, one weekly intermediate-advanced cardio workout, and some light cardios for recovery weeks.
Thank you!!!!!!
