Hi Kariev! I take one whenever I feel any of the signs coming on (fatigue, flat muscles, boredom no matter what I do, achey muscles, cranky attitude, insomnia). My recovery week can be anything from completely not working out and just wrapping myself up in other events in life or doing light high endurance workouts vs heavy lifting or doing strteching and staple rehab exercises. It really depends on what I was doing that lead up to my recovery week.
