I absolutely love you and your workouts!! It has been wonderful to have a woman who acknowledges that women want challenging workouts to shape their bodies. I just pre-ordered your new workouts and I am anxiously awaiting their arrival!
I saw recently that you mentioned you are 5'2 (so am I). How many days a week do you workout and for how long each day? Do you hit upper body so many days, lower body so many days and then cardio so many days? I know you teach classes - but I was just curious is there a balanced "recipe" if you will that you find keeps you in the best shape.
