Cathe How much weight should you go

Hello, Cathe. I just ordered you’re Intensity Series I am currently doing the Beg/Int Basic Step DVD. I am wondering on the Body Fusion workout you use 3 pound weights were it is cardio and weights mixed together, how much weight should you work up to in this type of workouts?

Hi Cassandra! You should always use a weight that you can handle with good form. If that means 5 pounds, 8 pounds, etc, then use it as long as your form is not suffering. If you start to throw your body around with momentum just to say you went up in weight, cut back to your previous weight. Enjoy your workouts!
