I'm sitting here watching All Step on Cathe TV and just can't help but wonder how you do it? Just when I think that you can't make a workout any tougher, you do! I've already seen about 4 or 5 places where I can see me falling flat on my face

. I am proof that anybody can do "complex" stepping if you take it step by step (literally). I am the type that has two left feet with a third one thrown in for good measure
