I've been working out to your videos for exactly one year this week. I LOVE the results I've gotten, including the weight loss (40+ lbs) and the healthy feeling behind everything I do.
I've always had a hard time developing defined biceps and tricep muscles. My shoulders and back muscles are very pronounced and easily 'seen'. What would you suggest I do to help define my biceps and triceps?
