Cathe, how are you doing?

(((((Belinda)))))))

How heartwarming to see you here. I miss you so much. How is life in Germany going for you? I need to get caught up with you and with all of my friends here on the Cathe Forums. I had it (in big red letters) in my day planner GET ON THE ASK CATHE FORUMS TODAY!!!!

So here I am and here you are! Yippee! I have a little extra time today since it is Memorial Day here and the work load is light in the gym. But I am making it a point to get back to the forums more frequently. You are all so special to me :D

Hi Cathe, I miss you on the forum:(

Take care,

OMG Belinda! I'm so sorry I missed this. I have not read this yet but I am going to go read it now. I hope you are doing ok!

Germany is very hot lately:p

Hugs,

Thanks Cathe, I know you very busy. I did send you a pm a few weeks ago.I can breathe thought my left nostril , but it still get’s stuffed. That infection wants to hang around for whatever reason. I wished I could continue with STS, loved every minute. Today was my fist time doing a weight workout. I did 4DS HIS + Chest/Back. Since I still have a lot of pressure and headache, I had to go easy on the jumps and went light on the weights. That is my favorite workout. Keeps me going every time. I am going crazy without my weight training, I miss it. I have to admit I got a great workout in with the red Cathe tubing, that one is tough. LOL! I was burning! I needed to change my workouts up today. Do you think I am overdoing it?

My son is coming June 20 ,to Germany. He will be staying for 3 weeks, I am so excited. I will start STS again when he leaves. Alesia is going around the same time frame to Indonesia with her Professor doing some research. She is so excited, I am so scared.

Oh My Belinda! You have been, and still are going, through such a serious ordeal with your sinus infection. I am so very sorry to hear this. ((((((HUGS)))))) I can feel your frustration, who wouldn't be frustrated after being in such discomfort for so long with no true answers at the end of the wait.

I wish there was something that I could suggest to you, however, I unlike you mentioned, I have never had sinus surgery before. You mentioned that you thought I had a sinus surgery but I have not.

Honestly with all that I have read that you have been through it sounds as if your nasal passages and sinus wall is tremendously fragile. So much so that I truly can't make a suggestion as to what kind of workouts would be beneficial to you at this time. I simply just don't know if working out with an active infection or chronic situation is the answer right now. I do know that when I work out hard my nose runs so I don't know if working out will create a moist environment to breed more bacteria or reinfect your sinuses.

I wish I could make a suggestion Belinda but this goes beyond my scope of knowledge here and you have been to specialists who also appear to be uncertain as to why the infection isn't clearing up. I just don't want to put you in a worse situation.

But I sure can offer you support and let you know that I am thinking of you and wishing you feel better soon. It hurts me to think you are so uncomfortable. If there is anything I can do for you please let me know. ((((((((((Healing Hugs coming your way)))))))))

Cathe

Thanks for the hugs and advice, Cathe! Das ist lieb von dir.I don't know either if working out is the smartest thing to do right now, I haven’t worked out in such a long time. I miss it. Eventually the infections have to go away. Maybe a good hard workout will kick it out of me:pI have been working out for year’s, never felt anything like this. It’s so frustrating. I will take your advice to take it easy, I don’t won’t to make the infection worst. I also have to go back to the specialists this week, I am not sure if the meds are working! It doesn’t feel like it.

Cathe, maybe I was high on meds that day, when I read you had sinus surgery? LOL! The last 2 day’s, I finally got more than 2 hours sleep at night. I couldn’t sleep to save my life, plus I was on so many meds for a long time and I still taking some to bring the swelling down. I was wired all day long.

Hope to take to you soon.

Thanks for your support and hugs,
