Cathe- hoping to catch you before filming begins

Hi Cathe,
I know you'll be very busy once filming begins and was hoping you could give me some input. I finished your 4DS rotation about 2 weeks ago where I did it for about 8 weeks and was pleased with the results, though I still don't look like you :)
My body seems to respond well to this style of training as I have developed more definition w/ this one than any of your other series. I am now doing the Feb 08 rotation (which I'm loving) and will do that for a total of 6 weeks, then begin using the 4DS again.
I've designed my own rotation using 4DS and wanted to know what you think. My goal is to gain strength and definition, loose about 5-7 lbs. and burn fat. Here's a sample of week:

Week Two:
Mon… Chest & back + Core from legs & core
Tues… 60 min of Cardio
Wed… Shoulders, Core, & calves + Legs
Thurs… 60 min of Cardio
Fri… Bi & tri + 30 min. cardio + Ab hits
Sat… Legs & Glutes

I plan on using GS, B&G, & PLB for my second leg day.

Will this rotation help me achieve my goals?
 
KC5689, This rotation you put to-gether really looks good. Im currently doing the 4DS rotation and I love this form of training. I have a question though Are one of the 60 minute cardio sessons an interval one? and on wednesday your just doing the leg portion ok 4DS kickbox and legs? Thank you so much for this one.

Thanks. This is my first attempt at putting one together. Yes, I was planning on doing the Imax's for one of my cardio days and yes I'm only doing the leg portion of 4DS kickbox.
 
Thank you for answering my question. I will definitely start this in April The rotation for Nov 05 looks good too. Wow sooo many rotations to choose from.
