I know you'll be very busy once filming begins and was hoping you could give me some input. I finished your 4DS rotation about 2 weeks ago where I did it for about 8 weeks and was pleased with the results, though I still don't look like you
My body seems to respond well to this style of training as I have developed more definition w/ this one than any of your other series. I am now doing the Feb 08 rotation (which I'm loving) and will do that for a total of 6 weeks, then begin using the 4DS again.
I've designed my own rotation using 4DS and wanted to know what you think. My goal is to gain strength and definition, loose about 5-7 lbs. and burn fat. Here's a sample of week:
Week Two:
Mon… Chest & back + Core from legs & core
Tues… 60 min of Cardio
Wed… Shoulders, Core, & calves + Legs
Thurs… 60 min of Cardio
Fri… Bi & tri + 30 min. cardio + Ab hits
Sat… Legs & Glutes
I plan on using GS, B&G, & PLB for my second leg day.
Will this rotation help me achieve my goals?
