Cathe: Help re stability ball glute move

Hi Cathe! HELP! For the life of me I have no idea how you & the crew do this one particular move. Its featured on Gym Style Legs. You lie on the floor on your back w/the stability ball in between your legs. You have to lift the ball up into the air keeping your arms & hands on the floor & then LIFT your A** up in the air as well!! WELL! My stability ball wasn't going anywhere!!!!! I cannot for the life of me lift both of these bodyparts into the air. What in the world am I doing wrong? LOL I was laughing so hard at myself. If I was in your class, I don't know if I'd be laughing though}( Please help me!! I'm determined to get this one down pat!!Thanks for another STELLAR workout. I LOVE this one too. I'm confused by your question - so I went back to look at the chapters...

Do you mean the move as on chapters - inner thigh squeeze on the ball?

She doesn't lift the ball in the air, just the hips/glutes - then squeezes the inner thigh, but no ball lifting involved.
 
Hi Julie! Its the move in the Timesaver #2 (49 min.) Premix of Gym Style Legs. Thanks for letting me know that the ball stays stationary on the floor. I must've been cross-eyed by the time I got to that part! LOL Thanks, Kathy:D
