Cathe - Help me Get Started w/your workouts Please!!

Hi,

Ive read tons of posts here & other boards promoting your workouts.

I bought your Classics DVD and am liking it. Still havent mastered all of the steps yet but I'll get there.
Id like to try some of your other workouts. Possibly some weighted workouts or something other that you would suggest.
Ive been working out for 2 yrs now. I would say Im at an intermediate to low advanced level. I started w/ Joyce Vedral's weighted workouts. Ive done Slim Series & Taebo. Plus a bunch of "cardio" based workouts.

I am trying to lose 15 -20 more pounds. Ive lost about 25 so far. :)
Im also wanting to tone & define my muscles. My legs are more on the bulky side so I would like to lean those out. I guess overall I would like a lean appearance.

What workouts would you suggest? And how often should I be doing them?

You could incorporate the Pure Strength workouts into your rotation and just rotate one day of cardio, one day of weights etc. Or you could try the Pyramid Upper and Lower if want to split it into two instead of 3 workouts.

Here are my favorite Cathe strength workouts:
Pure Strength (awesome, always come back to it, good for strength building)
Muscular Endurance (tough and fun endurance workout)
Pyramid Upper and Lower (great DVD, great workouts)
The new Bodyblast Supersets and Push Pull are good, effective and a bit more on the fun side than grueling.

As you can see from my list, there is a lot to choose from and they are all very good and effective. I usually do one day of cardio, one day of weights (either body parts or full body) and keep rotating. You can also add in a day of stretch or yoga.
