I was just wondering if you have ever thought of making a special DVD for those times that we need a little extra burn? A special "Holiday Edition". I was thinking of a quick 30 min high intensity interval type of workout that would be used for "special occasions" like having to burn extra fat around the holidays or for an upcoming special event. The 30 min would be great when you don't have a lot of time but need to burn as many calories as in a 60 min DVD.
