and have the last disc to go in Meso2. Dr. says to rest it 7-10 days, alternate ice/heat and take ibuprophin for the pain. My question is when I can lift again where do I begin. Start with Meso2 again? or start STS all over again? Thanks, Kay
 
Hi Kay,
Not Cathe, but I do have chronic tendonitis in my wrist and forearm. Whatever you do, don't rush lifting heavy again. If pain persists when you restart lifting, I would suggest possibly buying a light brace to assist with holding onto the weights. For me it affects my grip and I have to use lifting hooks to assist anything higher than 25 pounds. Doing a set of specific wrist stretches is also very helpful for recovery.
