Hi Cathe...just have to let you know how much I am just loving all the Hardcores...Low Max is just unbelievaby great, as is Kick Max (love the leg drills) and Imax 3 (well, at least the step portion...haven't had the guts to do the whole thing yet, lol)! Muscle Max is great...so unique...as is High Step Challenge. I've never had DOMS in my calves the way I do with Gym Style Legs. I've done the 1/2-hour premixes for both Gym Style upper bodies together and loved them. I'm really appreciating Core Max (which has given me DOMS in my abs for the first time in a lonnnggg time). Love the Dynaband stretch in Stretch Max...the only Hardcore I haven't tried yet is Hardcore Extreme and I'm looking forward to that one eventually!! Anyway, thanks for all the wonderful workouts...you're the best! :)
