Cathe-GS Legs during deadlifts getting numb

Cathe, I am wondering about an issue that I had during your new workout,

when doing the hamstring work on the step my toes were beginning to feel a little numbness. The only other time in exercising I have had this is running down a hill when the weight is all thrown forward. Should I bend my legs instead of locking them when doing this exercise? Is this tingling a bad sign? It went right away when I finished the exercise and got down.

I appreciate if you have time to answer this as you are being called out to on all sides right now. :)

btw must add I did this workout, and my hamstrings and outer thighs were totally killed with this workout. I can finish PLB using a max of 45 lbs, I can punch out L&G but this workout fizzled me out! I have to work up to finish each segment - mainly those with the little ol band LOL! Thanks for kicking it up on these, my legs will be SO greatful come short season!!! GOOD WORK! ... now off to nurse my sore legs!
