Cathe, glute question

I came back from my orthopedic surgeon and he clean up my knee and scraped smooth my knee cap and gave me a go ahead on exercise, but he did tell me no more squats and lunges, so what can I do to get a more toned butt? I am so looking forward to exercising again, also I can use my step but I can only keep it 4 inches high Might be able to get away with 6 inches once a week LOL.

There's a machine called the glute blaster which is good. Deadlifts are too although I don't know how those would effect the knees. Leg curls, especially seated ones, work great for me on hammys and glutes.

There's also floor work, table work and bridge work... or the stability ball stuff on the floor like in Push Pull.

I am so excited I can still use my step!! the doctor said I can still step if I keep it at it's lowest!!! so jazzed because I am sooooo addicted to SJP!!!! that one is my favorite because I love the routine with kung fu fighting! and can't wait to save enough money to get Some of Cathe's new DVD"s!
