I went to amazon and bought a 6 yard box of blue ( intermediate) TheraBand. I cut the length I needed, about 6 feet . there are many options on amazon both bulk and pre cut. I'm not sure if the color is the same resistance over different suppliers. a box of about 18 feet of TheraBand was around $15.

I have blue and it's fine for most things. I think it would be a little stiff for firewalkers. if you put TheraBand in the search bar there are many options. have fun!
