Hi Cathe,
thank you for responding to my last post.
I was wondering if you ever considered having two music soundtracks for your workouts especially the strength training ones, for example I have a ballet workout dvd at home and you can either workout to a classical or contemporary soundtrack depending on which you prefer,or the mood you are in.
I asked this because, to some people, including myself the music is very important, especially in weight training, as it can become monotonous, and I found your music on the, S&H, and the CTX dvds highly motivating as they had strong beats, were sort of dancy/funky and helped me to pump those weights. I also loved the 80's rock music in MIS and PS, (they rocked!!) though I must confess I have not really touched the pyramids, and have done muscle endurance once as I keep going back to the above mentioned because of the music.
Cathe I know that you have a million others to think about beside myself, and I can appreciate that a lot of thought goes into what you choose, and you cant please everyone all the time, though it would still be nice to have two choices, for preferences, (or am I being too ambitious?),better still you could possibly do a survey just on music preferences and split the music into two styles and go with the majority, one soundtrack for rock, the other for dance etc ( now I really am being ambitious!)
Anyway I am sure I will love your new workouts no matter what as you are the best at what you do.
