I was checking out the "Cathe" fitness accessories and noticed different weighted kettleballs and a balance board. Can you tell me what workouts these items are used in? Suggestion: Maybe you could add which "Cathe" workouts use equipment on the purchase page of the equipment. Thank you!

Hi Lisa! We do not use the kettleball or the balance board in any of my workout DVD's. These products are currently only sold at retail without an accompanying workout.
