Cathe! final question, before I purchase.

Hi Cathe,

Your new workouts look spectacular.
I have not got a high step as yet, only the club step with risers, and a small weider step that hikes up to around 10 inches, I use it for leg presses at the moment.

My question is concerning the choreo for the high step workouts.
Will you be working off all sides of the step or just the back and sides?, I am trying to see if I can get away with just using the narrow weider step for the time being, until I have a high step shipped to the UK.

could you clarify please?

Do you work off the sides, back and front in the two new High step DVD's, or just the back and sides?

(i.e. could we use a regular step turned in the other direction towards the TV?)

There is a lot of confusion about this here at the forums, many of us would like to have this clarified. Thank you,

Hi Clare! I do not move around all four sides. I stick with the back and sides:) Unless you count sitting on it and facing front (but that can be done facing any direction).
