Cathe fanaticism spreading like wildfire!

Dear Cathe,

I just wanted to tell you about how I have gotten my husband on the Cathe bandwagon. I have been working out with you for about a year and my husband has been hearing me rave about a) how much I love your workouts and b) how challenging they are. Although he had not seriously worked out since high school gym class 10+ years ago and he was carrying around an extra 40 pounds, he kept telling me he thought he could take you on no problem.

I took him up on his challenge and put Bootcamp in the DVD player. Yes, that was probably sadistic of me to make that his first workout! Needless to say, he made it only about 20 minutes (with a couple of breaks) into the workout and he could go no longer. Three weeks have past and he has gotten almost as into your workouts as I am. He did PLB yesterday and is walking around bow-legged today. He has dropped 10 pounds these past three weeks and now looks forward to his morning workouts.

Thank you, Cathe! You have brought so much joy to me and now you have motivated my couch-potato of a husband! Best wishes for a speedy recovery and I eagerly anticipate my pre-order when you are healthy.

Hi Emily! Thanks so much for sharing that great story. Not that I am happy your hubby is in pain, but I couldn't help chuckling as I imagined him walking around bow legged today. DOMS are an awful thing, huh? Well, I hope that once he gets past his initial break in period that the two of you enjoy a wonderful future as workout buddies :7 Tell him I said "good luck and keep at it". Take Care!
