As the shipping date gets closer for the new DVDs we would like to remind everyone that our "Cathe Easy Track" allows you to track your package by simply entering the phone number you entered when you ordered online. As long as you are not having your order shipped to a PO Box, Canadian address, or a military address you will know the exact day your order will arrive. Please remember that tracking will not work until after 9pm on the day your order ships. All orders will be shipped in the order they were received.

I have never been able to track my package, ever. I live in England, and whenever i type in my phone number i always get "unable to find" ... so i would really like to know how i can get around this.

You have to type it exactly as you entered it on the online order form.

Have you tried tracking from the track number on the UPS email confirming your package has been shipped and gives you UPS tracking number and a like to the site it might not come up straight away but it will within I think its around 3-5 hours allowing for time differences and all.

I ordered through the mail with a check. Am I correct in assuming that I will be unable to track my package? I think I sent my phone number with my note with my check.

I did not know that the DVDs will be delivered via UPS. I went in and change my address to my p.o. box. Should I change my address back to my home address for shipment.
