Cathe DVDs - Region 1?

Hi,

Are Cathe's dvds Region 1? I couldn't find it on the case or website, so i thought I'd ask here

Our DVDs will play in all regions.

Hi Woodash, I am spanish. I have all the cathe dvd and I can see them perfectly. In Spain we use the PAL format ( region 2) and I can see the workouts because they are zone free.
