Cathe DVD that comes w/The Step at Dick's

I just bot the Original Step for my mom at Dick's sporting goods store. It came with a Cathe DVD titled, "Basic Step + Cardio & Weights". Does anyone know what that is exactly? I know Cathe sells a "Basic Step + Body Fusion" but I don't think that it is the same thing. Has anyone else purchased this before? Can you give me an idea of what is on this DVD? My mom has been very excited to try Cathe's workouts, and she has been watching them on FitTv.

My sister got that package at Dick's. It came with the DVD you mentioned. It has 2 of her workouts on it, Basic Step and Cardio Weights. They are normally sold BS/BF and C&W/IMAX2.

I opted to order my step online instead b/c packaged as above C&W does not have the premixes and I knew I wanted IMAX2 so I ordered the step and the DVDs separately. They are the same workouts except without the premixes.

I like C&W better than Body Fusion.

I don't have any help for you but I just wanna say thanks for saying that Dicks sells the step. My is starting to rip (my darn cat, can't keep her paws of nuttin:+) Well, I gatta check it out!

If you don't want/need the workouts that come with the set at Dick's this would be the better way to go
