Cathe DVD Categories....???

Does anyone have a list of all of Cathe's workouts put in to categores like which ones are Curcuit type workout. Which ons ares total body workout? Which one are aerobic.....etc? OR where I could find a list.

I only have a list of if it is CARDIO, UPPER WEIGHTS, LOWER WEIGHTS or ENTIRE BODY. However, what I use as more detailed guideline is go to Cathe.com - -> scroll to the bottom where it says "Shop by Workout DVD and Exercise Download Category" - -> click "DVD" in the category you want.

This pulls up her videos in that specific category. I noticed some DVD's overlap in a couple categories, as they should.

Probably not as detailed as you are looking, but a start. Hopefully someone else has this categorized more detailed as I would also be interested.
 
I made an attempt to do this recently. I'm not completely sure I've got the newest ones in the right categories though. I'm open to suggestions for corrections.
