Hi Thinkgod1! Outside of doing some running in my kickbox/bootcamp class, I actually haven't gone running in a while because I got out of the routine during my therapy process. I'm looking forward to adding it back into my program though.
If your knees are bothering you while doing an activity, you should definitely cut back on the activity to see if that helps, or better yet, clears up the problem. If not, I suggest stopping the activity and having your knees checked out by your doc.
