Cathe: Do you monitor your heart rate during workouts?

Cathe: I love your workouts and have been doing them for a couple of years and they have kicked my butt since I got them. I just receintly got a heart rate monitor and my heart rate goes above the the max level about 1/2 to 3/4 of the way through the Body Max 2 and Low Impact Circuit videos. I didn't know if this is something you monitor and maybe it is normal with your kick butt workouts or if it is something I need to have checked out. I thought I would get your opinion.

Thanks for your time and for great workouts. I love them so much.
