Cathe did sales go up?

Rising Sales and Heart Rate!!!!

Catherine:

I wondered the same thing. I do not know about sales, but my heart rate definitely went up when I saw the blog. :) I was in my anaerobic zone in less than 60 seconds. ;-) LOL! :7

Blessings,
Heather B.

too funny heather!

I was thinking the same thing! I've been trying to get my DH to lift (he's actually fairly ripped from heavy lifting on the farm) and he about crapped when he walked in and I was checking out the blog...then I informed him that I would be "spending" lots of time with those guys (& girls!!!) as soon as I get those DVDs... I think he was a little jealous }(
In all seriousness...EVERYONE in this new series looks absolutely AWESOME RIPPED PUMPED (INSERT MORE ADJECTIVES AS NEEDED!!!) and I am so glad that Cathe further explained the series and how the 1RM works, I am SO ready for the challenge!!!
julie :D

I have to say I am not thrilled with the new crew additions... sorry, maybe I will feel differently once I get the series, but I like working out with "real" people with 9-5 jobs that don't involve fitness. These people look like the "beautiful" people in the gym... and they should, they all seem to be involved in the fitness business. I'm sorry, I really am looking forward to the series, but I like to work out with people who share the same struggle of trying to fit a workout routine into a regular life... not people who live at the gym and workout for hours every day and make their livelihood looking good. Maybe I am pissy 'cause I really hate my new job!}(

With the exception of Greg, none of the new cast members spend any significant time working for a Gym. Most of the new crew hold several jobs trying to make ends meet, yet still find time to make fitness part of their life because it is important to them.

Also, Cathe, Jai, Lorraine and Cedie are all fitness professionals. Working for a health club does not make it easier for a person to work out. In fact, the opposite is probably true. When you’re on the clock you’re expected to do your job, not work out. Even if you feel like working out after a full day’s work, it’s very difficult for a health club employee to do so because members know them too well and don’t understand that they’re not working.
