Hi,
Could you be more specific about BEGINNER/INTERMEDIATE? Only because what might be intermediate for you might still be better than most workouts out there...meaning it would still be awesome to own.
OK like...THE IS series was KICK ASS. The BB series was FUN. Would you say the new BEG/INTERMEDIATE would be less tough than BB or the same? Would beginner mean long breakdowns and more repetitions?
Would it be like a Kathy Smith beginner type workout? Would intermediate be like...the FIRM? or like...Kelli Roberts?
