Sweatsuit, it is such an incredible series! It offers variety and intensity in a wonderfully concise package! It gets 5 stars from me!

I have seen a little bit of results with them. (I have 12 years under my belt so it will be difficult to see a lot of result with any video unless I combined it with some real strict dieting--which I am incapable of).

I LOVE CTX! Very fun! Some think the choreography is a little tough though.
