Cathe Core-Focus Rotation?

Hi,

I am a new convert to Cathe. :)

I am currently in Cathe's Slow & Heavy rotation. I am thinking about doing a rotation with a focus on Core.

Could someone please help me on this? I do a search and I am unable to find a rotation like this. I have strong upperbody and lower body endurance and strength at this point. My current goal is to develop a stronger core! ;)

I'd love to see if there's already a rotation like this that I can follow. I love all of Cathe's workouts, but I am not that into Step cardio with a lot of choreography. :(

Her Low Impact series has a strong over-all core focus and there is only one step work out in the entire series! :)
 
I will second the Low Impact Series. I have been using them strictly for two months and have seen very nice results mainly in my upper thighs and most of all my abs. I don't have weight to lose but am looking for some toning. She works ya good with those discs! The 3 main ones I've noticed the most results with are Athletic Training, Afterburn "Double Touble Premix", and Turbo Barre "Lower body premix".
I love the improvements this series has brought to my body. My bikinii will not be hiding in the drawer this summer!

Wow, it looks like I need to do a Low Impact rotation for sure. ;)

I appreciate your input. Like you, I don't have any weight to lose. Just notice that my core is something I need to improve on. (It used to be upper body, but thanks to Cathe! :cool:)
