Hi,
I am a new convert to Cathe.
I am currently in Cathe's Slow & Heavy rotation. I am thinking about doing a rotation with a focus on Core.
Could someone please help me on this? I do a search and I am unable to find a rotation like this. I have strong upperbody and lower body endurance and strength at this point. My current goal is to develop a stronger core!
I'd love to see if there's already a rotation like this that I can follow. I love all of Cathe's workouts, but I am not that into Step cardio with a lot of choreography.
