Hi Cathe. Thanks for all of your wonderful work. I know there are a thousand different theories to what and how you can and can't and should and shouldn't work out. I've always heard for muscle training - give the muscle 48 or so hours to rebuild, ie work on same body parts every other day. I've also heard you can do cardio every day. But what is YOUR take on abs? Same as any other muscle - so give it a day or so in between? Or is it okay to work them everyday? I feel guilty if I don't do my ab work daily, but am I being counter productive? Thanks for your input Cathe.
