Cathe, can you help me really BRING IT HOME?

I've got SIX WEEKS to make a BIG impression at a very swank and important business event. I just finished a S&H rotation doing one body part per day plus cardio and while I'm thrilled with the results...I am looking to put the icing on the cake.

I'm wearing a beautiful sleeveless dress and I want the WOW factor, especially in the shoulders and arms. I really don't want more size...I'm looking for definition.

I've got every Cathe workout ever made and I find myself totally overwhelmed with the rotation choices. I'd love a clear, TOUGH and effective plan that will maximize my results. I've already got the diet part down to a science.

What would YOU do in the last 6 weeks to really make that last bit of difference? Trust me, I'm committed to doing whatever it takes.

I understand if you are too busy and therefore welcome any and all suggestions from the educated crowd.

Have you ever done the Tank Top Rotation? I know it uses older tapes but I found it very effective to help define my arms and shoulders. I can link it for you if you'd like?

Ah Debbie H...you rock.

I have heard about the Tank Top Rotation. Can you tell me more about your specific results? How long did you use it and did you get cuts?

Do you think I should do that for the full six weeks?

Here is a post from Cathe that might be of interest and also the TTR if you want to take a peek!

Here's is Marlene123's original "tank top arms" rotation:

Day #1: Pure Strength Chest, Back, Shoulders, Biceps, Triceps
Day #2: CTX Leaner Legs
Day #3: CTX Shoulders, Biceps, Triceps plus cardio
Day #4: Cardio
Day #5: MIS
Day #6: Cardio
Day #7: Cardio or rest

As you can see, this routine works shoulders, biceps and triceps three times per week, chest and back twice and legs twice.

NOTE: Marlene also said that she does this rotation for 10 weeks, then switches to a S&H rotation for 3 weeks.

I think I did it for a month and saw great results in terms of shoulder, BIS & TRIS definition. (Actually the back & chest too!) Maybe try it for the month and see what happens and then, switch to the S&H like Marlene suggested? Or, maybe do a few weeks of the TTR and then switch to Cathe's suggestion. Let me know what you decide and Good Luck. You are going to look smashing in that dress!!!!

I'd be tempted to keep doing the S&H once per week because it does and has produced fab results, and I would add in PUB once per week also for glorious definition. Keep cardio and lower body week as you have it.

I have nothing to add about how to "bring it home", but I just want to lend my encouragement! You go, girl! When I have my 20-year high school reunion, I'll be in the same shoes you are! I've already been told that I look nearly half my age (which is great), but I want to be able to walk in there and, as you said, WOW everybody in the room! You just inspired me with your own quest for the WOW factor, and I hope you get all the dropped jaws you're shooting for. You've obviously been working hard for this...you deserve to shine on the big night!
