cute work out clothes are good for AT LEAST an additional 10-15 calories burned!

(scratching head):) trying to figure out why this question won't/can't be answered. Just don't understand it.

in all honesty Cathe has answered hardly any questions in what seems like a month or more, don't think it has to do w/the question per say

I just saw that she answered a post. Hopefully she will take the time to respond to this one, especially since she has seen how important it is to all of you guys.

Hey you guys - I love Cathe and I think this is a good question, but have you considered the fact that she's not going to say that total body workouts are not effective because she might not sell as many? She is running a business after all.

Thank you JuliaBelle. I was trying to get that point across to them earlier.

Besides...they have been effective for me :)

Perhaps a better question (and more "answerable") would be what the benefits of doing full-body workouts are vs. doing split routines.

Well, Desertbriez, I'm going to have to take the bull by the horns and ask Cathe in person when I see her in July. So, if you don't hear from her by then, I will remember to ask her.

My opinion, which weighs pretty low on this scale, is that, that's just another type of workout, an all-body endurance workout, that keeps your muscle-fibers guessing about what stress is going to be placed on them next. I feel like it has its benefits. Actually, if I may put Shonie (Maxwells) on the spot, who does muscular endurance exercises as a supplement to her regular workouts, she might explain better than me.

Shonie, don't kill me.

Marla

But will she see this post?
