Hi, Cathe:
I am a former advanced exerciser, but I have allowed myself to gain weight with little or no exercise in the last several (3-4) years. I want big changes in my physique: fat loss and muscle gain. I have your lastest 3 sets of exercise DVDs: Body Blast, Hardcore, and Intensity Series. I want to know if I can begin with your workouts, if I take it slow? I don't want to play around with other versions of exercise to build up to your workouts. I think it may take me a while to complete one of your workouts at full intensity, but I at least want to begin the process. What do you think? If you have time, would you mind creating a sample workout plan for me using those workouts? Thank you so much!
